The adoption fee is only $25.00 which includes spay/neuter and a rabies vaccine after you choose the animal to be your new family member! RCAS has a new policy in place so that all local adoptions will include spay/neuter and a rabies vaccine all for $25.00 to help reduce the overpopulation of unwanted animals in Robeson County.
